Política de reembolso

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that a $4 restocking fee will apply to help cover handling costs.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopfreespirited.com. Please email and request return address from our support team. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return postage. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@shopfreespirited.com.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopfreespirited.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Changes to the Return Policy:

  • Free Spirited reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
