We ship fast from our Florida warehouse — most orders leave within 1 business day after purchase. Jewelry orders take several days longer to ship and arrive.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery Times (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after dispatch

• Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days after dispatch

 

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Order Changes & Address Updates
Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — if you need an update, contact us immediately at support@shopfreespirited.com and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please allow 24 hours and check with your local carrier. We’re happy to assist if you still can’t locate it.
If your package is delayed in transit, we’ll help you file a claim or send a replacement depending on the carrier’s investigation.
