Membership Fee

The Free Spirited Insiders membership includes a 21-day free trial. After your trial ends, you will be billed $24.95 per month plus applicable taxes, automatically charged to the payment method used for this purchase. Charges continue monthly until you cancel.

Cancellation
You can cancel anytime:

Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle. If you cancel after a charge has processed, your benefits continue through the end of that billing period.

Renewal & Billing

• Membership renews automatically each month unless canceled.

• Charges occur on the same date each month.

• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If unsuccessful, your membership may be canceled and no further charges or balances will be owed.
• Reminders: We will send you a confirmation email when you enroll and a reminder email before your free trial ends. These emails include your billing details, renewal date, and cancellation instructions.

Refunds

If you have questions about a charge or would like to request a refund, contact support@shopfreespirited.com. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Price Changes

If the membership price changes, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Material price changes require your acceptance to continue at the new rate.
