Shipping policy
We ship fast from our Florida warehouse — apparel orders ship within 1 business day after purchase. Jewelry orders take several days longer to ship and arrive.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
U.S. shipping: Standard shipping and handling is $4.95. U.S. orders over $50 ship free.
Delivery Times (U.S.)
Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days after dispatch
Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — if you need an update, contact us immediately at support@shopfreespirited.com and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please allow 24 hours and check with your local carrier. We’re happy to assist if you still can’t locate it.
If your package is delayed in transit, we’ll help you file a claim or send a replacement depending on the carrier’s investigation.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, including on Halloween Sale items and other discounted shirts. Item-condition requirements apply. Return-label charges may apply unless you purchased optional Free Returns protection or the return is due to a defective product or our error. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
Handmade Note
Each shirt is hand-dyed, so small variations in color or pattern make every piece one-of-a-kind — that’s part of the Free Spirited magic!
