We ship every order from our Florida workshop, but once your package leaves our hands, a lot can happen between here and your front porch. Lost in transit. Stolen off the doorstep. Crushed by USPS. It's rare, but when it happens, you shouldn't be the one stuck without your shirts.
Add Shipping Protection for $2.97 and I'll take care of it. If your package goes missing, gets stolen, or shows up damaged, just let us know and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
What's covered:
- Packages lost in transit
- Packages marked delivered but not received (porch piracy)
- Items damaged during shipping
How to use it:
If something happens to your package, just email our team with your order number and we'll handle the rest. No long claim forms, no waiting on the carrier, no back and forth. We'll send your replacement out right away.
A few honest notes:
Shipping Protection covers the journey from our workshop to your door. Claims need to be reported within 30 days of the shipping date. It doesn't cover wrong addresses entered at checkout, packages refused at delivery, or items lost after they've been received. One claim per order.
